I hope that PB can be a long-term option - I'm not oging to be able to have another graft cos I don't tolerate the drugs.
Two things I've tried are 1. if the soft lens is stuck because it has been in too long and got dry, drip some saline into the eye to get it wetter and softer, then try again; and 2. pul the lower eyelid down, the try to push it up again and squich the edge of the soft lens up out of shape and make it bulge out.
THe latter tensds to work because my eye is too conical for the soft lens to fit properly on its own without the hard lens on top - the edge tends to fold up and bulge out anyway, so I'm only encouraging it. Well, sometimes it works for me.
Good luck.
As regards criteria - seems to be that surgeons like to recommend surgery and lens fitters like to try to fit lenses.....
