I think she's been packed off to bed as the drugs have made her giddy (more so than usual) so I'll give her a ring tomorrow before she gets home and reads this and I get into a whole load of trouble.

Tell her that we are all proud of her. It takes a great deal of courage to have eye surgery, and nobody would have a graft without some trepidation.
