Mike,

Sorry not to have replied sooner, had pc problems while off work.

The best source of rhiboflvin I have found is Bovril and Marmite.

Jacobs twiglets are loaded.

To ensure you have a full balanced diet it is a good idea to contact your GP as many surgeries have dieticians to help with such things.

My dream come true!

I love Bovril and Marmite! Can't say my hubby will be too keen though! He hates the stuff, aah well sacrifices must be made he will just have to hold his nose whilst he makes my sandwiches

don't let the people that mean nothing to you get you down, because in the end they are worth nothing to you, they are just your obstacles in life to trip you up!

Gareth

Did I understand you right? Is eating twiglets a medical imperative for people with Keratoconus? I must tell my wife.

What dosage, two bags a day?

Does chocolate have riboflavin?

Can it be injected into the chocolate?

:P

Somebody complimented me on my driving yesterday - they left a note on my windscreen "Parking Fine" which was nice.
KC managed with softperm lens in left eye, Intacs (2/11/07) in right eye

Eddie,

Will have to buy chocolate and look at the ingredients.

Chocolate does contain dieretics which causes dehydration, in excess it is a laxative too
