Hi All

Do any of you have a medical exemption card?

Emma is right, and it is worth stating here that if you are registered blind or partially sighted you are entitled to DLA which would qualify you for a medical exemption card.

Hi again

i was on incapacity when my gp registered me for a med exemp card i think you still go to your GP for the form as it is the GP that has to sign it (it may have changed i havnt paid for 10 yrs now)
I get DLA and im registered blind now but i was entitled to it before then.

its worth a try

good luck

Emma

Thank you for this. I think you are right: it is the GP who signs the exemption card (although things may be different now in different jurisdictions within the UK).
