Do you mean you have to ask your consultant before, erm, undertaking these activities? Or how long post-graft should you wait?

I don't exactly how long one should wait, but a rough guess would be 6 weeks along with the weight lifting

Weight lifting being the correct term after the Christmas binge and time off work following the graft wtaching TV and snacking :oops:
