Hi Jay
I'm still the same. Went to Moorfields in Feb because RGP lens was causing to much gohsting. They tried some more lenses and decided to try me with a soft perm lens. I havn't heard anything about this since. I have a appointment on the 27th April so i am guessing i will get them then.
When i was at Moorfields they started talking about grafts but i am soooo not ready for that. I contacted Ken Pullum so that i could try scleral lenses and have a appointment with him on 26th July at Moorfields. I am hopeing this will work out well.
Its a slow process and that gets frustrating.
So i still have the same old glasses and can only read to the second line of eye chart with them on. Still taking Cyclosporin and using FML and Opatanol eye drops.
Sorry to waffle. But you did ask!!

Has anyone else been in this situation?
Anne
Hi, Anne.
When I was 14 years old I once crashed with the glass doors in a shop. Today I am able to see the comedy in that situation. But I can assure you I dindn t back then. It was some months before I got my first lenses. It was quite frustrating.
