I wouldn't imagine there are many people who can get away without wearing lenses/glasses post graft, and I do share your concerns, it shouldn't be taken lightly, we live with the unquantified risk of lens intolerance or graft failure, and lenses can be no picnic at times, for some it's the probably hardest part of 'management'. I share Asif's elbow or flailing hand in the eye fear, I'm always aware of my proximity to other people.

Knight,

Can I please have their name and address so I can take them to one side and beat the living daylights out of them?

No I am not serious, though I am bloody angry.

Grief, I feel stressed enough about having to have a graft but thats my choice as it is an opurtunity for me and thats the way I feel about the situation.

But to hear of some daft sod who wants to have a graft when their sight is already managable and then want to go through the grief afterwards that they may encounter makes me wonder what planet they are on. Have they no sense?

Grrrrr

Paul
