Thankyou Santa!

Woohoo!

The K&C Opthalmic suite has finally received the correct paperwork.

I am on the list (backdated to November).

Apparently there are two people on the list in front of me yet to be allocated theatre time and I can expect to be done in March/April.

Also for others waiting for a graft I have just been told that there is a shortage of grafts in the eye banks at the moment.

I finally feel that things are moving in the right direction at last.

Paul

Thats excellent news!!

Are you having a ful graft or partial?

Hi,

Full I beleive (well I think that is what the consultant said back in October - it was a bit overhelming). Though I will check when I am hauled in for the pre-op stuff, am not going to worry now.

I expect that the various waiting list staff and secretaries have had enough of me for the last week or so. So it is probably best if I leave it for now.

Anyway thanks for putting up with my ranting etc over the last few weeks.

Paul

Hi Paul

This is a bit of good news for you after the recent mix up with your paperwork.

Fingers crossed all goes to plan for you, keep us posted.

Susan

PS best wishes for Christmas
