Need some info please

Hi, I've talked to my doctor about getting mini scleral lenses made for me and he has asked me to find some labs that make them. If there is anyone here from the USA or Canada or has had them made there, Id appreciate it if you could offer the names of the labs that make scleral lenses. He is still waiting to hear from the lab he deals with in Texas (I live in Canada but my old regular RGP's were made in Texas), so he is not sure if they can make them or not and I really want to try sclerals out, specificaly mini sclerals. So im needing some info. Doing a search online and came up with a couple.

If cost is the main issue maybe its worth while contacting Ken Pullum? He makes this himself (and with his team) and I am sure if its self funded than the turnaround could be fast?.......WHat I do know is that Sclerals over in USA and Canada are around 8-10 times more expensive........
