I met a guy at the Midland group meeting on Saturday who has had KC for 20 years, no-longer able to wear lenses, but he copes very well registerd partially sighted. He copes really well and should I get to the point nothing can be done for my right eye, I will still be able to live life to the absolute full and still be happy.

Sophie,
Good luck on Thursday. Funny we should be having another op nearly a year after our last one, in the same week.
Has your eye settled down after having the stitches removed?
Will be thinking positive thoughts for you on Thursday and look forward to receiving your happy cornea thoughts!
I must tell my eye not to grab onto the donor quite so quickly this time!

James, I hope your rejection settles down, I read your other post and it sounds awful. I've been registered partially sighted for about a year now, but thanks for the info and support.

Don't worry Gareth, I live life to the absolute max!!!
Kim
