Saline suggestions?

If anyone has any suggestions..

I use the Bausch & Lomb sensitive eyes saline, the bottles work best for me with recurring tendinitis as other bottles hurt to squeeze.
B&L saline is being discontinued and I don't know what to do.
To use small 120ml or ampules would be very expensive.

What bottles do you find that hurt to squeeze? I can have a look for ideas if you like, just to rule some out.

Thank you. I find supermarket bottles, Lens Pure, most of the 360ml bottles are OK till halfway then too much squeeze needed.
I had wondered about cheaper first aid eye saline bottles:

Being decanted into softer squeeze bottle like this;

But, this wouldn't be sterile
