New prescription and severe headaches

I suffer from PMD and have recently undergone a bilateral toric IOL implant. The surgery was 10 weeks ago and at the weekend I went for an eye test and picked up my new glasses.
Since my procedure my vision has been quite good and I’ve been able to function without glasses, albeit I’ve been getting headaches – but only above my right eye.
The prescription given to me by the optician is

Right
Sph =+0.75 Cyl =-1.5 Axis =34
V/A= 6/6-2 Near=N4

Left
Sph=+0.50 Cyl =0 Axis =0
V/A= 6/6-2 Near=N4

With this prescription I still get headaches above the right eye but my vision is better.
Given the above prescription should it be expected that I would get headaches with and without glasses?
One thing I find strange is that even with glasses, I still find it difficult to read as when my right eye moves across the page it seems very very slightly more blurred than the left.
