Hi all, my last posts were in 2007 when I had one intac removed,
subsequent to that I went back to E.Grinstead when things had settled/healed and had the remaining intac repositioned, the op went well but unfortunately the single intac wasn't as effective as two and the kerataconus scarring gives me multiple blurred images. I count myself fortunate that I have good eyesight in my other eye.
I was told that DALK was the next option and I went away for 6months and thought about it. In Aug11 I opted to go for it.
Today I was given a date in January '13 for the op - Trepidation has just set in, fingers crossed for 3rd time lucky.
