I am considering having INTACTS as a treatment for my KC. Has anyone one had experience of these, good or bad.
I have tried Contacts but found them very uncomfortable but am concerned about a graft and am looking for a compromise which is reversible.[/b]

I met a lady in her 70s last month who has intacs because of cataracts and had recently had one replaced. She was very enthusiatic about the procedure - home the same day followed a week or so of eye drops and dressings followed by instant vision! She's now waiting to have the other eye re-done. Talking to her did make me start to think about its use for KC...
