Adivice please on eye drops

Postby Richard In Wales » Tue 21 Sep 2004 6:13 am

I've been given Sodium Chloride drops to try and draw the fluid out of the cornea. There 5% drops but they sting like hell and don't half make my eye water. I've been told to use them by the chemist, who was a bit vague 4 times a day is this right. There so salty that even my mouth is drying out

mmm.. salty. Have you tried testing it on slugs? Emedicine.com says that it may cause temporary burning and irritation so apparently they expect you to be in pain!

slugs wont come near my face now as the tears running down it scare them away, so there goes my hobby of slug face walking :(
