Had the 9th day post graft check up today all looks good and pressure is OK. Managed to read three lines up from the bottom with the pin hole thinge (not much without). Back in a months time. I have to reduce the Dexamethasone to six times a day for a couple of weeks and then down to 4 till I see them again. Still got to use the Chloramphenicol four times a day for the next three week before stopping. Reason I memtioned that is I am sure thats what he said . I got him to write is down but chuffed if I can read his writing when i got home. Does the ring a bell with you guys.
Edit looked at it with the reading glasses and thats correct
I am so chuffed at your progress *does the happy dance on your behalf*

Glad to hear your eye is doing well, its like a mirror image of my graft experience (guess thats not surprising as we have the same surgeon!) I'm coming up to 3 months post-op now and having my 1st refraction next week
Thanks Helen. Actually Mr S did the checkup yesterday, altough Mr P walked by me in the waiting room, Dont think he even regonised me . Must have had a bag on my head when he did the OP LOL
btw did you get my PM re my contact details a coule of months back
Eye has been a bit sore over the last couple of days for some reason. So thought I best get it looked at. Went to eye casualty. The graft is clear and the pressure fine at16. Felt I was worrying over nothing but it put my find at rest. Problem is being the first graft I have nothing to get a base line on for what's normal healing and what's not. At times it is sore and numb at the same time if that makes sense. I also managed to get the top two lines on the chart but it was ghosty .
