Well, my doctor in Greece who has performed cxl more than 500 times, uses this dosology. If you want more details, pm me.

One thing we all need to bear in mind is that although the European Union has health guidleines and regualtions, some member states also have additional medical regulations which may be stricter that need to be adhered to.
