I think I have managed to prevent anyone who had not already opened their pm inbox being troubled by these spam pm's. It is my hope that nobody else will find one' although that is not to say that there will not be another spamming event in the future. Could I just ask that if anyone thinks that they have received one of these messages, that they notify a Moderator or Administrator without delay.

Today I have been notified by several users that they ahve received Spam Prvate Messages (PM) from Acklianer .

Please delete any PM you rreceive from this user. the moderators are dealing with this matter.

Hi,

I have received 2 from acklioner and one from someone else, can't remember who.
Did open the first two but all seems ok at the moment.

I have forwarded the last one received today to John.

It really is a pain because it makes you wonder if any PMs are genuine especially if you haven't visited for a while.
