Hi Alice,

Have a hug.

Sorry to hear that you're not seeing the improvements I am - for the first month I felt much the same wondering if I'd made the right decision to have the surgery and I wasn't expecting to get a positive result. I looked at Karl's story and saw the almost instant success he had and it too made me feel down.

And then at the beginning of December, soon after I came off the antibiotics my vision started improving slightly day by day but its still deteriorating during the day, so its better in the morning than it is at night.

Anyway, I hope you get your own 'beginning of December' and one day soon you start to see improvements in you eyesight.

Somebody complimented me on my driving yesterday - they left a note on my windscreen "Parking Fine" which was nice.

Ed, good to hear that you have now gained useful aided sight back after the op.

Alice, sorry to hear that you are still having problems 3 months down the line.

I've said it before, and no doubt will say it again, even Ed has said it....Each person has a different recovery period, and whilst I may have noticed a near immediate improvement it has by no means fully recovered as my sight is still changing - mainly the astigmatism.

Alice I'm sure your time will come and it'll be well worth the wait. Hard as it may be try not to let it get you down so much, anything I can do to help feel free to PM me.

Karl

Hi Eddie,

Has your vision improved in the meantime?

Regards,

Ronald
