Yes I agree as well. Try and avoid rubbing the eyes as it can make your keratoconus worse. This is easier said than done I know! Because having keratoconus makes you want to rub! All i can suggest is try putting eye drops in for dry eyes I find that helps sometimes. Also I find drinking herbal teas with camomile, nettle can help.

Hi I had my laser teeatment last tuesday and it has worked brilliantly. I can see heaps better so I am well impressed. I talked to him about my eye rubbing and has given me so new drops to use after my steriod drops. (but I left them at my friends house and cannot remember the name! plonker or what!) have finshed. He also answered my questions as to how bad my K.C was and he said with a contact lens I should get good vision.... but not bad enough for any other treatment so I was well relived. I go for my contact lens fitting next Monday I am really excited about it. As I can't inagine seeing better than I can at the moment also my head aches have gone. so I am much happier.
