Hi
Im happy to hear that your eye sight has improved I hope it goes well for you I read on the the internet somewhere that it is guaranteed to stop progression for 5 years whether this true or not I dont know. Anyway how are yours eyes now??????? and what was the procedure for the operation????????? you mentioned that eye drops were inserted into your eyes but did they do any thing else?????????

Now two weeks since I had the second eye done. My vision is still very hazy - normal I'm told. Have managed to spend a bit longer on the computer and can now tolerate sitting out in the sun - with sunglasses on of course ! Having another check up in two weeks time but think I might have an eye test done in meantime ( get them free as Mum works for an optometrist.)
Mr Jory who did my procedure has written a very useful summary on the procedure , outcomes etc on the http://www.kcfreedom.org website - easier to look at that than for me to try and explain!
Helen

thanks for the update Helen! Glad to hear the reocvery is going well. Do they chanrge 4 refractions in the UK? In many countries its usualy free of chrage at any optometrist or public health clinic that has an opthalmology unit. Otherwise I would imagine refractions are included as part of any surgery or treatment (such as C3R)?

Welcome aboard! if you do a search on these forums you can find answers to your questions. You can also check http://www.kcfreedom.org, in which the process is discussed in more detail, you may also want to look at the following pages:

For a personal esssay from someone who did the C3R:

For an explanation from the people who developed the C3R:
