Hi
Does anyone know what the rules are as regards taking hard-lens solutions onto planes these days ?
I am flying BA long-haul to Oz in 3 weeks. Would normally take out my lenses for sleep on plane and wear glasses (although I can't see a great deal with glasses and can't wear them for too long without difficulty). Would then put lenses back in when plane landed.
Heard that liquids were banned but is this still the case ?
Does anyone have any advice please ?
Best wishes
James

Welcome to the forum. Best advice is to check with your airline before you travel.
As I understand it, you can carry a limited supply of solutions so long as you can show (by letter from your GP) that there is a medical reason for your wearing RGP lenses.
Let us know how you get on with your airline.
