A while back, about a year ago, I attended a theme park (im not sure if you are familiar with these, but in america they contain roller coasters and other exciting rides) with a few friends of mine. I was 18 years old at the time and had been diagnosed with KC about 4 years earlier. I had just been fitted with lenses but decided not to wear them on this day for obvious reasons.
During the course of the day, I road multiple rides that all had multiple drops and high speeds.
At the end of the day, going home, my vision slowly began to improve relatively as well as it was before KC. I was amazed because it was my first time seeing clearly in years. I assumed it was the G-Force i experienced that caused blood to rush to my head and therefor eyes, but I recently attended another theme park a week ago and did not get the same results. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced the same thing.

Having been to several theme parks in the UK and Europe. The signs in Germany to theme parks say Theme Park
Never experienced what you described aftre being on fast rides however I have had a similar effect after drinking a few glasses of white wine.
Red wine makes my lenses feel more comfortable.

At one time I used to go skydiving in my contact lenses. this was great fun, and the knowlege, each time, that I had survived made me quite elated.
Seriously, there are things that affect everybody's vision. It may be that the presure at the bottom of the drop caused a flattening of your cornea. Lots of people with KC, especially in the early stages, find that their sight is still pretty good when they take out their lenses, and that it only deteriorates over the space of an hour or so.
I'd be interested to know what you find out as you search for your answers.

It's funny you say that Andrew as I am the opposite. I take my lenses out before I go to bed at 11 pm (ish) and my vision is shite compared to in the morning before I put them in at 6:30 am (ish)
Just to expand a bit, I wear my RGP's for about 16 hours a day - everyday and have (uncorrected) L-6/60 & R-6/120 vision.
My measurments are metric so 6/6 (metres) = 20/20 (feet)
