Yes I too suffer badly from the Sunlight my eyes are so senstive to it.
Where can you buy special SunGlasses for people with Keratoconus?

No special place for sunglasses if you have KC, but I would recomend going to the opticians and trying a variety of tints and finding which one suits you best.
Normal situations now, a pale green tint is fine, but days like today then a very dark smoked tint is needed.
The best I found were actually a tinted set of my works safety glasses which wrap round but allow you to still see through the corner of your eye as the side shield is tinted the same as the lenses. These also keep out the wind and pretty much all the dust which really helps lens comfort.

I got my new pair in NEXT. About £14.00 or so.
Can't comment on the UV...ness of them, but they are blue mirrored affairs which wrap round really well. They were fantastic on holiday, especially on the beach keeping all the sand out etc.
When you put them on the world goes sort of orangey...I find it most soothing.
They are about the most fashionable things I own and I like to think they make me look cool....well as cool as I can look that is!
