Comfort for the eyes

Postby David » Fri 24 Feb 2006 1:06 am

I have KC in both eyes and have been suffering a lot of headache and pain round my eyes the last few years. I have lately received a lot of help from a book you can find on E bay for $10 "the natural vision improvement kit". By Meir Schneider.
Its include 2 CDs, 2 eye charts, guidebook etc. Its based on ideas from Bates and written by a man overcome his own blindness throw this method sharing in this book.

I do not believe this are any treating for KC but I found some of the exercises there very helpful to relax my eyes and get rid of al the tension. The exercises are very simple and feel natural...
Schneider talks a lot about learn to realaxing the eyes. One exercise is to rub the hands toger and then massage the face, scalp and neck. I found do this a few times a day very relaxing
. There is a bunch other exercises as well. I found them helpful to deal with the daily life with KC and do something good for the hardworking eyes
Thanks
David
