Its been a long time since i came here. My graft was almost 2yrs ago. I had the stitches removed 3 days ago. I could read etc before they came out, but vision is pretty bad again now they are out. Im so dissapointed . I cant see things out shopping i cant read things. Will it improve or is this it. ...

graft and white on eye

my graft is month old. the top part where it joins with the stitches is a tinge of white.
dunno if was like it yesterday but just noticed. is this anything to be concerned about. i have phone the corneal nurse but no reply.....

well i went into LRI friday am. they decided left eye had gotten a lot worse so said they wud do that eye. eye sore and stayed in about 4 hrs post op. apparently i was a pain cos i demanded a toilet instead of bedpan lol. as i was reged blind before the op they said i may see an improvement straight...

just an uupdate. i used relaxation technics as recommended on here.
in fact i had a lovely few miniutes on beach before i went in room lol.
happy to say i got bp down enuff to have my op on friday.

i can do lots with touch in fact i find it easier to shut my eyes at times. especially when crossing roads (do take into account im reg blind so have no useful sight anyhow, wen it comes to the road.) so my hearing is better too. i closed my eyes wen i do up millies babygrows to or i get confused co...
