Re: Just wanting to say .... MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Actually my dear Sweet you concealed your togetherness pretty well.

I only sussed it out in June!

May I be the first to wish you and John a great Christmas and the same to everybody else on the forum, albeit, perhaps, a little bit early.

Re: One eyed art

Wow Matthew, at first I thought you were joking when you said you did these paintings.

I am no art expert but they look really good to me.

Just think how good you will be when you start seeing out of both eyes!

Re: New glasses prescription

My KC was diagnosed around 30+ years ago but it probably surfaced around 40 years ago when I was 17. Initially I wore glasses and have successfully been...

Re: Corneal scar

I don't think I can answer your question dplees. All I can say is that the vision in my right eye is not as good as in my left , either with or without lenses. There are no specific symptons I can refer to but I think the scarring is the reason why I cannot get better vision in my right eye with a l...

Re: When should I ask to be referred?

I agree with Donna. Irrespective of whether you decide to have your KC monitored privately or not i think it would be agood idea to get into the NHS system. I have attended a hospital eye clinic for over 30 years and have been looked after very well. I appreciate that this is not everybody's experie...
