brisk walks should be ok after a few weeks however exercise like jogging i would say 3 months. weights i would say 6 months but start off very light but obviously you cant lift as heavy as you were previously for some time...but the advice from your consultant who actually did the graft and not a re...

from what you explained it did sound as the right lens fit wasnt great. now it does take a while to build up a tolerance to wearing these as to start off with it really does feel uncomfortable, so try your best and be a bit patient altough you'll obviously know when there is a problem. after a while...

to me it sounds like your right lens is maybe a tad flatter than ideal. movement between blinks is ideal for tear exchange but not excessively. with a flat lens vision immediately after a blink is blurry but shouldnt be to the extent that it is disorientating. it also sounds that the lens centration...

you should speak to your consultant about refractive surgery. if you are left with some nasty astigmatism after removing all sutures you want to have arcuate keratotomy.....incisions are made into the cornea to reduce the astigmatism. you may get by just wearing glasses after if your lucky, though p...

i dont wear my lenses often so i dont spend alot on saline and solutions though i change my solutions every 3 months. i use boston advance cleaner and conditioning solution which are about £6 each, saline £3, aquify £6 & systane £6.....about £30ish every 3 months. My lenses are free as I'm still...

for me the small corneal rgp lenses were intolerable. the lens i found most comfortable, up to a point, were softperms. on a good day i wouldnt realise i was wearing a lens

what kind of lenses did you have in your glasses, where they MAR coated or polarised? MAR can help a little bit but polarised lenses eliminate glare. Which ever it was and if it did help while wearing them you can always get glasses with plano lenses with whichever coating on them and wear them over...
