nylon 10-0 are used for the sutures and are very fine. they are not easily visible unless you go very close and very light coloured eyes. i cant see mine in the mirror unless i use a really bright pentorch. dont worry about it

there are a few over the counter eye drops which have helped my with dry eyes such as systane and hypermellose. Its also a good idea to use artificial tear drops while wearing your lenses as mentioned above. celluvisc eye drops are also good. never ever rub your eyes even if you really want to, what...
