glad to hear you have a action plan, did they suggest something called iLube for the filamets as that helps break them down n prevent them (in theory, but for me it didn't work butthat is a decent option for many who it does work)

tbh iv had overall a negative experience when I have had contact with the RNIB in, the past, so what you report by them doesn't shock or even suprise me x

Moorfields have a eclo! And i find it staggering that RNIB have said their are no eclo in London

CVS also have or at least used to have voluntary drivers. as did I forget its name but a voluntary thing based in Camden,

if I had to get a bus here itd be a bus to town n then a bus out again or a 25 min walk with my cane from where the 1st bus stops but the buses keep knocking here so far from reliable
