Re: Kerasoft cl
Must admit I'm not looking forward to finding out how much the Kerasoft contacts are going to set me back... but my hospital wasn't interested, "Go and see a regular optician" was the advice I was given. So I guess I've gone 'private' but the care I'm getting now is incredible, it's worth ...

Re: Kerasoft cl
That's great to hear, thanks for replying! My optician strongly recommended starting with RGP's, or even hybrid contacts... however I pushed that I wanted to start with soft ones to see how I get on. Re: Advice please.......
Where you say your contacts are uncomfortable, are you using RGP's? Like someone else mentioned, there are keratoconus specific lenses that are meant to be a lot more comfortable that you could try using. As for the right eye... if it was me I'd jump at CXL. You say it's good now, well CXL should ke...

Finally officially diagnosed with keratoconus...
Hi guys, been a while since my last visit. Unfortunately I was unable to log in after the forum went down, but finally I received a re-activation email so here I am! Since then a lot has happened, including a lot of mucking around by the NHS... but there you go. Ultimately after being referred a few...
