I Always wore my lenses once had one break following a punch.


My fellow instructor ended up with a detached retina following a jab to the eye.


For any serious stuff we would now wear masks.


Those were the days.

I agree with Gareth on the piggy back front.

I have been piggy backing for 4 months my lenses never fly out and my coning is very steeped.

Not for everyone works for me

Pull the right eye lid to the right, right lens fly out do the same with the left remember pull to the left.

sometimes if really luck I can pop out the rgp and the soft at the same time :lol: :lol:
