They are difficult to put in first thing, but it is hell without them, Big thumbs up for PIGGY BACKING, thumbs down for Moorfields waiting ti...

Hi, The soft lenses I use are dailies bomedics ocular sciences. I am still using my rgps pre piggy backing. I have tried focus dailies and ciba vision. The biomedics are the most comfortable out of the ones I have tried. The only gripe is the packaging. Most days I wear my lenses for 14 - 16 hours. ...

I currently use dailies supplied by moorfields with my rgps.

The eyes do tend to dry out but I generally am not aware of the RGP. It does take longer to put the lenses in and some days it is a complete pain.

I will check the names of the soft lenses i have used and post again.

Cats dogs dust pollen.

Although i have kept dogs and now have a long haired cat. Hay fever, I just suffer but penicillin, is the one that floors me or should I say confines me to the great white throne.

I saw an optician in 1984 who referred me straight away to Eye hospital in Swansea. They gave me lenses and sent me on my way. Since then I have almost always been seen by a hospital. At Kingston Royal Eye for about 18 years and Moorfields for about two years. Oh by the way my GP is very good at cha...

Thanks Anne Andrew Gareth & Lesley. I thought it would be useful to know how many long term contact lens wearers are out there. I know I have not always treated my lenses or eyes with respect in the early days, which i am sure gives rise to intolerance now. Who out there as used spit on an rgp, ...
