This is something I am getting interested in. Can you have a blood test to check magnesium levels? Or is there symptoms of having low levels? Like low levels of iron etc

protein on my lenses.....can I prevent it?
I know how to remove protein from my lenses, but need some advice about stopping it happening in the first place! Or at least reducing it , it can build up quite quickly and its not always convenient to take my lenses out and clean them in my job, so any tips would be fab

Its the same for me when I take my lenses out. I think its because you get such good vison with your lenses that you really notice how bad your vision is once they are removed. Your brain gets used to the good vision. I cant do much without my lenses so wear them most of the time. I have only been o...

I was told not to use tap water at all, saline is sterile. Its cheap, I pay around £3.99 in Tesco for a huge bottle.

No I have never used a protein remover tablet, didnt know about them until this morning! I will get some as soon as poss and soak my lenses.
