Re: update on avedro page

Hi I'm looking into Cross Linking after having INTACS a year ago. Will this be available in the UK soon, as I was thinking of July 2011 for getting it done? Does anyone know what order its best to get eyes done, i.e should I get my bad eye done first (if the cornea is thick enough)? Thanks in advanc...

Re: The day is here

Hey Liz

Hope it went well for you

If you need to chat to someone who has also recently had INTACS just give me a shout

But in the meantime, get lots of tissues & sunglasses handy!

All the best

Re: CHARLOTTE'S WORRIED MUM

Hi

The exercises help the eye to be "healthy" and remove that burning desire to give then a good hard rub, or even that feeling that you wish you could take out your eyeball & put it in the fridge!

I've found them really useful if my eyes feel tired or gritty

Re: CHARLOTTE'S WORRIED MUM

Hiya Mum's do worry don't they! I hope you have calmed down - easier said than done huh? I'm a habitual rubber & lash toucher, but have found that a daily antihistamine & some gentle eye exercises have helped reduce this NEED to rub If you look on YouTube there are several videos that demons...

Re: grp contact lens removal

I totally agree, get some good drops & get a sucker - I ended up in casualty with mine stuck, if only I'd had my sucker the, it would have saved me time, taxi fare & lots of pain & tears!

Ebay is great for the suckers

Re: omega 3 - fish oil

Re: RGP swings & roundabouts

Hi I have just skim read your post & you seem to be in the boat that I was - may be obvious to you & you may have tried already, so excuse me if you have: I was having a nightmare with RPG & was discharged from the NHS clinic (to my disgust!) I have gone private & seen a fab optom in...
