I think that the mixed economy of glasses and lenses makes it possible for me to see the same-size image through each eye. My glasses do have anti-glare coating and actually the mixed economy works well for me.

I use Clinitas Soothe. It comes in single use vials and is the most effective lubricant I have found. The sad thing is that what works very well for me may not work well for anybody else, so the advise is to keep trying until you find an artificial tear that works for you.
