I would have thought that as long as the tip of the preservative eye drop remains sterile, capped and refrigerated, there shouldn't be an issue. They also have to be thrown within 3 months I think? My preservative free drops I do not refrigerate. I hate the feeling of coldness on my eye, although I ...

I work in financial services and also look at spreadsheets, MI reports, lots of figures. I CTRL + quite often to zoom in on spreadsheets etc which helps, and am wearing RGPS now for 2.5 years. Warm water, drop of baby shampoo, soak eyes in the water and use cotton wool buds to clean along the lid line/hair follies. There are also blephawipes used for blepharitis which will help clear out the eye area and hopefully keep mucus at bay. As said previously, try and keep your eyes hydrated also...

Adjusting the rads if you can. Making a conscienscious decision to blink fully, looking over the top of your monitor to the distance and blinking also helps

I use hypromelllose eye drops from the pharmacy and keep them by my desk, They are 1.80ish each, and thicken the tear layer. try and sit by the window and open it a crack if it's highly centrally heated
