I still dont know had I DALK or PK I think PK because I read from papers "penetrate keratoplastic" or something.

Update 2008 17. Nov - Long-awaited appointment. My last 7 or 8 stitches are removed :D There was 17 stitches together and today surgeon removed last ones. Hi, when my graft was done, they used local anesthetic. I heard and saw everything and they closed my other eye with cloth. Maybe it sounds scarier than it is but there was nothing scary, doctors were very nice, they spoke during operation and relaxed that everything is well. I didn't even feel anyt...

Hi Pascalini. As to the q 2 - when my 8 stitches was removed, I felt really bad. But after 24-48 h or so pain was gone, totally, also redness was gone. When was your stitches removed? Today? If so, then it is NORMAL. Relax, sleep well and morning will be surely better!
