Exercise with RGP Lenses

Hi

Im wondering if anyone has any advice about exercising with lenses in, is it ok?? i use the gym quite a lot and i am worried i may be causing more damage. Any advice would help.

Hi Adam

I usually hold the case under my eye and pull both eye lids to the side, it usually pops right out into the case apart from the odd time i am on my knees for an hour hunting for it.

I am thinking about getting this done to, i have to go to a clinic in London called the london vision clinic in feb to see if i am suitable. I am 25 tho, i will keep you updated on how i am getting on and will pass on any info i get.

I have been in contact with a clinic in London called the London Vision Clinic which offers a conultation for £650 which gets deducted from the price if you are suitable. Hi im new to this and have a million questions! But ill start with this one. How long are you allowed to keep them in for because i dont really take mine out unless it is to sleep!!
