i take flaxseed oil which is pretty affordable... contains omega 3, 6 and 9 and is also good for hair and skin. not sure if it actually helps.... but it does no harm!

I am afraid i do not know anything about Kerasofts but i can say that the 'Celluvisc' single use drops last ALOT longer than the others as it is a gel rather than a liquid....
i hope you get some other advise too....

all eyes heal differently... definately wait until your opthalm says it is okay.... i imagine that will be after stitches are out and the eye shape is stable...

i was told that they just slip out... i never noticed mine coming out, but they are not there anymore..

i think we have all done this at some point...shame! i would load drops into the eye... gently try to move the lens forward by pressing through the eyelid and then use a sucker to get it out.... if you have someone to help you, you could get them to sucker it out while you look down and they lift yo...

the brain sometimes takes time to adjust.... maybe that is the problem. how long have you had the lens in the right eye? do you wear it most of the time? i only wear a lens in one eye. so as not to confuse my brain i often close that eye if i am not wearing the lens- otherwise my brain will struggle...
