Hello Michael, I have had a graft( nearly 2 yrs ago) and have started to swim 3-4 times a week. I bought a pair of speedo goggles think they were about £16 and they are really very good the only problem I find is that I cant see anything when i have them on lol 8) as i do not use contacts so I swim ...

Hiya, It really is a beautiful picture and it is amazing that an image like that can come from something that can be quite negative if you know what I mean. and welcome to the forum, I am 27 also and have had KC for years now I do not wear lenses so cant help on that front but i hope you find your answer soon. Everyone here is great and really good at problem solving.

hiya, I dont wear lenses at all and can only just see with prescription glasses. Since my graft my vision has not been stable so I have ben through 4 pairs of sunglasses in the last 17 months !! quite costly. Hi Lynn, yes I think that it would be good to have some sort of leaflet about post graft experiences, care and spectacle wear. A lot of the info about KC is about contact lenses and such but I am sure that I am not the only person with KC in both eyes that does not wear contacts. Yet still gets dry ...

Lol thats a good name..
if it has not been mentioned ( in work and no time to look through the 5 pages of posts ), how about something about after grafts and for people with KC who cant wear / tolerate lenses.

Hi Rosemary, I think you are very very brave ((huggles)) when I came out of my GA my tourettes tics were very loud and I was very agitated to the point i was crying and they had to hold me down and they didnt know what the hell was going on because this certain tic is like im loudly gasping for air....
