Re: Good luck to Rosemary

Rosemary I haven't been "around" much lately as too much "stuff" going on in my life, and so I have just read this post string from start to finish - and have laughed, cried and despaired for you. Can't offer anything constructive - other than to say I am amazed that you have com...

Re: Treatment with laser

Hi Timtim Don't think I'd want to be in your shoes at the moment! It's no easy call. I actually haven't got KC (although they thought I had originally)- I've got something else. I have had 3 opinions on my problem now and the one thing that they have all said is "don't have laser treatment"...

Re: Lost Confidence

Re: Techniques for removing RGP lenses?

....and if that fails - get yourself a little plunger. Worked a treat for me when I was (trying) to wear RGP's. And stopped me from panicking knowing I had that as afall back position.

Re: High IOP

Anne Sorry to hear you are having problems with your eyes - hope they get sorted soon. As far as heating is concerned......could write a book. Michael knows at least 2 Gritish bass engineers - i think I now know them ALL!  And as far as mending the dishwasher goes - I find allowing him ...

Re: graft & alcohol

Can't really answer your query from a position of any knowledge - other than alcohol does cause dehydration - which, when you have had a graft, should be avoided I guess as your eyes will become dry. But I am sure alcohol in moderation won't harm you - the emphasis being on moderation!

Re: Just wanting to say .... MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Oh you do have my sympathy Sweet! I broke my big toe at the end of August and boy did it HURT! Not wishing to worry you but I still get twinges now! How did you do yours? Mine was a result of trying to be clever and missing the step whilst still having loads of dilating drops in my eyes following a ...
