Because it could be viewed as political and some charities refuse to do any activism which is viewed as political so that includes government or NHS policies

NHS beds going

Moorfields no longer have NHS beds so after surgery no matter what state you're in you go home. Whereas other hospitals keep you in overnight for the same operation, so clearly this is not a clinical decision it's economic. The "hostel" has no staff, is not accessible till 9pm and you migh...

yesterday was very bad with pain today is easier I can open the eye, but the vision is non-existent, it's like frosted glass, but it doesn't look opaque in the mirror. Not seeing anyone till next week now, I find the uncertainty very hard

rejection, well loose epithelium and deposits being treated as rejection, and a scratch god knows how I have no nails, hard to keep it open

And today it's back to uncomfortable bah! This is snakes & ladders. It's really uncomfortable again like grit but no hint of redness or decrease in visual acuity
