Thanks for the input, I doubt NHS will pay for my intacs as I had to pay for my contact lenses at moorfields, albeit at a lower cost then I would at an opticians. I'm not concerned about the cost because you can't put a price on this issue but £2400 seemed pretty high for each eye as I read on here...

I understand the cost at Centre for Sight is £2400, how much would it be at Moorfields? I do work full time, so i do have to bare some cost. I am living in London and did not know that Moorfields now do intacs. Would the consultation be free with moorfields and would it be a 6 week waiting list of ...

Thanks for the support. I will keep at it then and hope my eyes relax.

I've had the lenses tinted for each eye, although I cannot see the difference in the each lens colour I did put the right lenses in each eye from the case they sent me away with.

Thanks for the reply, they are brand new RGB's from Moorfields from Thursday and the reason for posting here is because I have mild Keratoconus. Pehaps I put too much solution while applying.
