Re: KC and Headaches is there a link?

Hi Anne, Thank you for responding to my post. David is also complaining of feeling slightly nauseous when he is feeling dizzy. I am pleased that David is being referred to a neurologist but I also think that I am going to have to persuade David to return to the eye hospital to see the Consultant aga...

KC and Headaches is there a link?

It has been quite some time since I lasted posted here. My 23 year old son who has autism and keratoconus has now given up on the eye hospital for the second time since he was diagnosed with KC. I just wish that we could see the same person twice who also had a basic understanding of his autism and ...

Exploding Eyeball

Thanks again, When David FINALLY goes back for his new lenses I am going to ask quite a few questions. I hear what you are saying about intacs and budgets and I wonder if it would make a difference because David is also autistic? It might go either way but nothing ventured nothing gained and asking ...

Also what questions should we asking at the hospital about David's eyes and his options?

Thanks in advance.

I have had a good chat with David and read him some of your replies. By Tea time his eyes were sore. He went up to his room and came back down wearing his glasses :D He's still not happy about it because he feels as if by taking them out he is being defeated  but I think he understands that it'...
