Thanks all for your replies Val I have started to ware one lens at a time and have found that i can ware each lens for around 8 hous. With them both in i can manage only 5-6 hours. I usually drive for 2-3 hours a day but I work in a group responsable for a naional telecoms network so i could have to drive to anywhere from Glasgow to Plymouth at any time. Luckily i an still legal with glasses (right eye only) but i don't think i will be for long.

Can i rearly go to casualty just because the lens is hirting. I would feel a bit of a fraud when there will be people with proper injuries there?

do we ( i mean us special few with KC ) go to casualty if we get an eye infection or just to our doctors?
