Claire, I use some Speedo goggles. To be honest they are more like glasses, infact they may be called 'swim glasses', but not too sure. They cost about £15. I got mine in John Lewis. They are brill, as they don't push into your eye socket like the small ones do, they have not leaked yet. I bet I ...

Thank you all for your comments and brilliant jokes, struggling a bit today, so keep this short. Have had two very good 5 miles walks, that always helps me, plus a swim in the 50+ group this afternoon. Will grade the jokes soon....

Feeling very down

I am having a very low period at the moment. Eye problems of course. Haven't driven the car for almost a year. Fed up with having to go everywhere with someone else, as they have driven me. Today I have had enough. I would do anything, as I'm sure most of us would, to just be able to see clearly eno...

Alison, Sounds like our Fathers' are both practical men too. He's drilled holes in eye patches for me. He drives me where ever I need to go. But this beats the lot so far. We go swimming once a week, I have perfect sight underwater, with a face mask. Plus he says it makes me feel better to go which ...

Yesterday he suggested he tried a lens in his eye to see if it makes his eye go red... I don't think we will be...

Trying to Find Pic

I seem to remember some months ago, maybe longer than that... A member posted a photo of what we actually see. I can't seem to find it again. I should have printed it in the first place.. I would like to print if to take into my Manager at work. So if anyone can help. Thank you. Jacqueline.

Rosemary. I seem to remember way back, that Ken Pullen suggested that I used Fairy Liquid to clean my lenses. And don't they make them squeeky clean..... I have had more problems using 'proper' cleaners, than I ever did with the Fairy. I also found diluted Baby Shampoo good too.
