It may be you have a subclinical form lof KC which oftens shows uop during topography and generally requires monitoring but no treatment. If your vision is good w...

Re: what to take to help?

I would suggest a visit to your Eye Care Practitioner to asses the problem. They can then give you advice on dry eye, changed prescription, infection, etc. Most ECP's accept that Keratoconus patients do have different needs and should be happy to see you more regularly and in particular when you have a...

Re: Tips to make wearing RGP lenses easier?

Adapting to RGP lens wear can be very difficult.Like other posters I would suggest that a return to the fitter would be essential to ensure the fit is correct. However not all wearers adapt to RGP wear and there are some excellent soft lenses out there these days.

Re: CXL : After effects

Hi Deepak

Im sorry to hear of your problems after the CXL procedure.
I have yet to hear of anyone else having similar problems.
Without a doubt it is advised to speak to the Ophthalmologist who carried out the procedure.
Please keep us posted as to your progress.

Re: Private or NHS for Contact Lenses

Lia Scleral lenses are indeed very "special" lenses and it is no surprise to wait 4 weeks for such a lens. They can work very well in complex cases band I do hope they work well for you. Gareth I understand where you are coming from with your explanation although such "excuses" f...
