I like to play badminton when I can .I have taken a 3 month break due to cornea transplant, but would now like to get back in to it .I spoke to my surgeon and he has told me to make sure I wear eye protection when I play .Can anyone recommend some kind of eye shield for racket sports .many thanks in...

I guess it all depends on where you live .I live in Clacton on sea essex and only had to wait about 3 months ( had graft in dec ) .

Hi Darren , yea the first couple of weeks the eye was watering quite a bit ,but never had any pain .I saw the surgeon again yesterday and he told me I had an eye lash caught in one of the stitches which he removed so that could have been causing the watering i guess .Vision wise my sight is so much ...
