Just a quick question, I have heard rumours that you can't give blood after receiving a cornea transplant. Does anyone know if this is true, I've researched on the internet and there isn't much information. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thank you for sharing this link. This is the doctor that did my DALK transplant last year so I was very interested to read it. It is very reassuring to know that my eye is in such safe hands!!

I also see multiple moons! Before I had my graft I counted over 40 (now down to about 10 post graft!!). In my good eye I can see between 30 and 40. I suppose it makes us special

Hello Just a quick update on how things are going! My graft is healing very well and the consultant is very pleased with the progress so far. Work has been a different matter unfortunately :roll: . I have been suffering a lot with eyestrain due to incresing workloads and very little active support. ...
